Double Step - (60 minutes) Get your hearts pumping by using not 1, but 2 Steps! With a simple and amusing choreography, this class is ideal for improving cardiovascular endurance and toning your legs.

Hatha Yoga - (60 minutes) A traditional practice that focuses on the union, or balancing, of opposing forces within the body (Ha = sun; Tha = moon). Each class will focus on a set of physical yoga poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and/or meditations designed to bring balance to the mind, body & spirit. (Note: Hatha yoga is a physical practice and should not be confused with “Gentle yoga”.)

Hot Iron - (60 minutes) Classes are performed to music using free weights-plates, barbells and an aerobic step. Participants choose their weights based on the exercise and their personal goals. The focus is towards muscle endurance using several repetitions.

With the use of the FlySet and one`s body weight, we will increase muscular endurance, stability, and core strength. Exercises can be adapted to each individual.

Meditation - (60 minutes) This course will teach ancient techniques of non-religious meditation for managing your life in a more cheerful, engaged and fun way. We will also measure your health before and after the program in order to assess your progress using several scientific surveys. Additional charge. Free classes in January. Spinning - (60 minutes) Spinning allows you to work at your own pace while challenging yourself with as much or as little resistance that you need. You will climb hills, sprint and get your heart rate up all while sitting down! First timers, as well as highly trained athletes, can both get excellent workouts in the same class!
