Mansfield Athletic Club takes the tedium out of fitness training with a broad range of programs that turn a regular fitness routine into a treat for your body, your mind and your spirit.

  • Functional training develops muscle groups you use in every-day movements instead of focusing on the training of one particular muscle. Functional training improves strength and endurance for performing daily activities.

  • Core stability training improves balance and helps prevent back pain. Using the Bosu ("both sides up") ball and the Swiss ball, core stability exercises target the core muscles instead of just the abdominal muscles. Ball exercises are not only great for working out but they're also fun.

  • Fusion Training targets both body and soul. For example, yoga is combined with spinning or stretching to develop greater flexibility and endurance.
