Pilates - (60 minutes) Work directly with the deepest muscles in the body, creating a strong core without the pain associated with conventional exercises. Spinning - (60 minutes) You don't need to know how to ride a bicycle to take this class! This 60-minute stationary bike class is led by an instructor who takes you for an imaginary training ride. You are in total control of the intensity of your session. First timers, as well as highly trained athletes, can both get excellent workouts in the same class! Come see for yourself what all the excitement is about. New students should show up early to be set up properly on the bike by the instructor.

Yoga - (60 minutes) Many people think that yoga is just stretching.
But while stretching is certainly involved, yoga is
really about creating balance in the body through
both strength & flexibility. this is done through
the performance of poses or postures each of
which has specific physical benefits.

Yoga Flow - (60 minutes) This three-stage approach (body/breath awareness, inner focus/concentration, and meditation in motion) lets you move at your own pace, respecting your body's needs with each movement. Yoga Flow develops the body, mind, and spirit in a compassionate, non-judgmental way. You will leave the class feeling uplifted and centered.

Yoga Stretch - (60 minutes) Designed for entry-level students with little or no previous yoga experience. This class will introduce the student to the principles of yoga including breathing, asanas (poses done to increase strength, flexibility, and body awareness), diaphragmatic breathing, and relaxation techniques.

Zumba - (60 minutes) Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music-dance themes
creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines
feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and
slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
